Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. E.S.T Monday through Friday are shipped the same day and average delivery time for US orders is roughly three business days! 99% of orders are shipped the same business day! There are rare exceptions, less than 1%, where an order can not get shipped the same business day. Some reasons are when a delivery driver comes early/late, the verification process takes longer, customer payment issues, customer delivery address issues, weather issues, etc.

All standard shipping in the USA is free with absolutely no minimums! This includes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Islands, and Territories. We even ship to all military addresses. We proudly support our troops around the world. Our friends up north in Canada and down south in Mexico receive a flat shipping fee of $10 regardless of order quantity, and everywhere else receives a $20 flat shipping fee regardless of order quantity.

We ship orders every business day! Your tracking number will be provided at the end of the business day, even though we ship it earlier that day. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking number is also available in your customer profile. Even though we ship the same business day, our carriers take 24-48 business hours to show tracking data. Don't be alarmed, your order is on its way! Please allow at least 48 business hours before contacting us if tracking does not show movement.
We strongly urge our customers to purchase extra insurance. Beamer Smoke does not accept responsibility if an item is damaged during transit. If there is an issue regarding insurance for your items, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Everyone needs a little bit of downtime, including our hardworking and diligent staff. This is why we do not have email or phone support on federal holidays; however, our website is still open and able to accept orders. Federal holidays affect shipping times as well, meaning your product will be shipped the following day if ordered on holiday. Please keep this in mind when choosing a faster shipping method. Federal US holidays are as follows: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check your own country’s laws, duties, and taxes. We strive to offer the best possible pricing, service, and products. Thus, all duties and taxes must be paid by the customer. Our product lines are legal to sell in the USA. If your items are confiscated, it is not the responsibility of Beamer Smoke to recover your purchase. Beamer Smoke does not offer credit due to this issue. It is important to do your own research on your country’s laws.
Shipping To EU-Member States
By ordering goods from eTailer/ supplier destined to EU-member states specifically, services will be provided to you only after you explicitly agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) and as such customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf. As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination EU-member state and are solely responsible for the payment of duties, and taxes either at the time of sale if prepayment is selected or at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected. You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney (“POA”) to eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorizes eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider’s intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider on your behalf. You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from eTailer/ supplier and transportation conditions from eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them
