Important Note Regarding Candle Shipments:

When shipping our candles, we take great care to ensure they arrive safely to you. Each candle is securely placed within a protective box, typically lined with paper or foam to safeguard against damage during transit. However, in the rare event that your candle arrives broken due to improper packaging, we're here to assist you.

If your candle arrives damaged, please reach out to us promptly at info@beamersmoke.com. To help us expedite the resolution process, kindly include your order number or first and last name used to purchase your order, an image of the damage along with your packing slip in your email.

It's important to note that we thoroughly inspect all candles and wax melts for any signs of damage or melting before packaging them for shipment. However, during warmer months, there is a possibility that your candle or wax may melt in transit or if left in your mailbox for an extended period. If you encounter this issue, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're more than happy to assist you and address any concerns you may have.

Packaging for Variety Packs: 

When you order a variety pack of papers or wraps or opt for a larger quantity, your products will be packaged inside a recycled box. These recycled boxes are repurposed empty papers or wraps boxes that we have carefully saved. By utilizing recycled boxes, we ensure that your products are shipped safely while also minimizing waste and promoting sustainability. Rest assured, your order will be securely packaged and delivered to you in an eco-friendly manner.

US Shipping Information: 

At Beamer Smoke, we aim to provide you with the highest quality products and reliable and efficient shipping services. We ship directly from our Michigan warehouse, allowing us to maintain strict quality control over every product.
Please review the following information regarding our shipping procedures and notifications:
  • Origin: Our products are shipped from Michigan, USA, and are processed through DHL and USPS shipping systems.
  • Carrier Handoff: DHL picks up packages from our facility and passes them to USPS for final delivery. Your local post office is responsible for delivering your package.
  • Undelivered But Marked As Delivered Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or our USPS Customer Service at 1-866-607-6301.
  • Shipping Schedule: We ship products 3xs a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please note that we are closed on weekends.
  • Packaging Type: Products under 3 ounces are shipped using USPS letter-weight packaging, which can take up to 14 business days to deliver. USPS does not provide tracking for letter-weight packages.
  • Signature Requirement: Orders over $100 require a signature for delivery. We will notify you through the email provided on your order if a signature is required.
    US Territories Shipping: Shipments to US Territories, including Hawaii and Alaska, are shipped using USPS First Class Mail with tracking to prevent delays.
  • Package Pickup: Occasionally, carriers may require you to retrieve your package from a nearby facility. It's important to note that this request is not made by us; rather, it's at the carrier's discretion. We kindly ask you to adhere to any instructions provided by the carrier to facilitate the prompt delivery of your package process.

International Shipping Information:

For our international customers, please note the following:
  • Pickup Schedule: DHL picks up shipments once a week, every Friday between 3:30 PM and 5 PM EST.
  • PO Box Deliveries: DHL does not deliver to PO boxes. If you have a PO box, your package may be delivered to your local post office, which can take up to 21 days.
  • Tracking Updates: Please monitor your tracking through DHL for updates on your package's delivery status.
  • Responsibility: Once your order is handed off to DHL, we are no longer responsible for its transit and delivery. Please check your order status regularly for updates.
  • Hazardous Materials: Due to safety regulations, hazardous materials (hazmat) items such as lighters cannot be shipped internationally.

Shipping Notice for Canadian Customers Regarding HBI Products:

Unfortunately, due to a legal agreement with HBI, we cannot ship HBI products to Canada. If your order contains HBI products, we will cancel that portion and process a refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
